RESOLUTION NO. 249 - Approving the Minutes of the previous Regular and Special Sessions held on November 9, 2023, November 16, 2023 and November 20, 2023, respectively, re: Resolutions no. 237-248;

RESOLUTION NO. 250 - Approving the Agenda of the 41st Regular Session of the Sangguniang Panlungsod dated November 23, 2023, as prepared and presented;

RESOLUTION NO. 253 - Approving all the Plans, Programs and/or Documents which are incorporated into the Annual Budget for Calendar Year 2024 of the City of Surigao.

RESOLUTION NO. 254 - Authorizing the City Mayor Pablo Yves L. Dumlao II to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement between Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte on the integration our Local Health Systems into the Province-Wide Health Systems (PHWS).

RESOLUTION NO. 255 - Enacting Ordinance No. 485, Series of 2023, An Ordinance Providing Venue for the Jesus Reigns Celebration of the Surigao Evangelical Chruches and Ministers Fellowship (SECAMFEL), Closing Street or Portions Thereof and for Other Purporses;

RESOLUTION NO. 256 - Enacting Ordinance No. 486, Series of 2023, An Ordinance Creating the City Environment and Natural Resources Office (City ENRO) in the City of Surigao, Defining its Functions and Providing Funds Therefor;

RESOLUTION NO. 257 - The Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Surigao Expresses its Profound Appreciation and Commendation of Hon. Christopher T. Bonite, as City Councilor from July 1, 2022 to October 31, 2023 and Hon. Rico A. Nagas, as ABC President from July 16, 2018 to October 31, 2023 for their Invaluable Contributions and Dedicated Service to the People of Surigao.
